We&rsquo;re currently seeking a part-time Outpatient Therapist to join our growing team in Bensalem, PA.This position offers a hybrid model with both in-office and telehealth opportunities, giving you the freedom to create a schedule that fits your life. If you&rsquo;re passionate about helping others and want to feel supported while doing it, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.What you can expect in this role:<ul><li>Provide individual and/or group therapy to children, adolescents, and families</li><li>Create personalized treatment plans that reflect client goals and progress</li><li>Use evidence-based approaches to support clients navigating trauma, autism, chronic pain, anxiety, and more</li><li>Collaborate with caregivers and team members to ensure a consistent, supportive environment</li><li>Participate in monthly clinical supervision and team check-ins</li><li>Maintain clear and timely documentation for all sessions</li></ul>What we&rsquo;re looking for:<ul><li>A master&rsquo;s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field</li><li>At least 2 years of experience providing therapy or mental health support</li><li>A clinician who is reliable, thoughtful, and motivated to make a difference</li><li>Someone who values flexibility but can commit to at least 12 billable hours a week</li><li>Ability to pass background checks (child abuse, FBI, drug screening)</li><li>Bonus if you&rsquo;re bilingual (English/Spanish) or already licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)</li></ul>Compensation and Perks:<ul><li>$35 per hour for non-licensed therapists</li><li>$40.50 per hour for licensed clinicians</li><li>$1,000 sign-on bonus paid in increments as milestone hours are met</li><li>Paid supervision and training</li><li>Flexible weekday schedule with no required weekends</li><li>Paid time off and referral bonuses</li></ul>Whether you're fully licensed or still working toward it, you'll find a place here where your growth is supported and your work is meaningful.Prefer to apply directly through our website?
