Job Title: Network &amp; Systems EngineerReports To: NOC ManagerTimings: 7 pm to 4 am (Rotational)Location: Islamabad E-11/2(Onsite)Summary: This is a entry level position in the TAC department. You will be working as part of a worldwide professional support team and your basic duty would be to resolve customer issues through email, phone, and remote support sessions as per the set SLAsResponsibilities:<ul><li>Set up, test, administer and troubleshoot Network Issues</li><li>Work with all major networking vendor equipment including CISCO, Ubiquiti, Ribbon, and others</li><li>Monitoring and keeping the track of all the services and monitoring tools e.g, Zabbix, Netbox, and others</li><li>Create and update network documentation/diagrams for network implementations</li><li>Setup, Deploy and troubleshoot VOIP Phones and related services</li><li>Manage, administer, test, and troubleshoot CISCO Catalyst switches and ISR appliances Systems</li><li>Work with virtualization technologies i.e. VMWare, Citrix, and Hyper-V</li><li>Set up and administer Active Directories and Server roles</li><li>Setup and Maintain Google workspace, Exchange, IIS, SharePoint, Print Servers, and SQL</li><li>Keeping the client software and servers up to date</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Quality Assurance</li><li>Analytical Mind</li><li>Fast Learner</li><li>Adoptable</li><li>Team Player</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s in Engineering related studies( CS, Telecom, Electrical, etc.)</li><li>At least 1 year of similar experience</li><li>Intermediate knowledge of all Basic Platforms.</li><li>CCNA and MCSE Preferred</li><li>Excellent Communication Skills are a must.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
