Looking for reliable and skilled, Certified/ NHA Licensed Mobile Phlebotomists! This is a Per patient / On-Call position with flexible scheduling, Work is paid per visit $20-$40/Visit DOE, not hourly. Mileage travel reimbursement provided ______________________________________________________________ Job Duties:Travel to patient locations for blood/urine/saliva collection Identify patients properly using ID or documents Perform venipuncture or skin puncture Reassure and guide patients during collection Properly label and deliver specimens Maintain accurate records and follow safety protocols ______________________________________________________________ Skills:✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ✔ Professional handling of patient and staff concerns ✔ Basic Microsoft Office skills; willing to learn new software ✔ Strong organizational and decision-making abilities ✔ Able to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment ______________________________________________________________ Requirements:Minimum 100 documented successful blood draws required At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience required (mobile preferred) Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients is a plus High School Diploma or Equivalent Comfortable with patient interaction and flexible schedules Reliable transportation CA Phlebotomy License Required Must be professional, detail-oriented, and compassionate ______________________________________________________________ Perks: ✔ Flexible work schedule ✔ Mileage reimbursement ✔ Independent work styleWork Location: On the road &ndash; at patient homes or designated locationsTo apply: Please reply with your resume, availability, and city of residence.Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Mileage reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
