In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages and food items while ensuring excellent customer service. Your contributions will enhance the overall experience for our guests.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and food items according to established recipes.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf&eacute; area, including equipment and utensils.</li><li>Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders accurately and responding to inquiries.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper handling procedures.</li><li>Operate cash registers and POS systems for transactions efficiently.</li><li>Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee, food supplies, and equipment.</li><li>Take orders for coffee and check-in players for mini-golf. Provide all needed equipment for mini-golf upon check-in.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar food service role is preferred.</li><li>Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain one within 14 days of hire.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.</li><li>Reliable Transportation, ability to work up to 8 hours, including nights, holidays and weekends.</li><li>Must be able to lift 30 lbs, bend, lift, stoop, twist and carry things in hot and cold environments.</li></ul>If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we invite you to apply today and become part of our team at Mcinnis Park Golf!Job Type: Full-timePay: From $16.90 per hourWork Location: In person
