Our mission is simple: do it right, serve people well, and build a business that lasts.We&rsquo;re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who&rsquo;s ready to turn direction into results &mdash; managing campaigns, coordinating vendors and VAs, tracking performance, and helping build a marketing system that attracts steady, qualified leads.This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility, mentorship, and room to grow as we expand into new trades and markets.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaigns &amp; Execution<ul><li>Manage marketing campaigns across Google, social media, email, and direct mail under clear strategic direction.</li><li>Maintain and optimize marketing systems and automations (GoHighLevel, CRM tools, dashboards).</li><li>Track and report lead volume, booked jobs, and cost per lead/job each week.</li><li>Ensure all content and communication reflect the McIntosh brand: honest, reliable, and service-focused.</li><li>Support new division launches (HVAC, electrical) with localized campaigns and materials.</li></ul>Digital Marketing &amp; SEO<ul><li>Update and manage the company website (WordPress, Wix, or similar CMS).</li><li>Conduct keyword research and optimize content to support SEO and SEM efforts.</li><li>Manage digital ad placements and budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) using data to improve ROI.</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Content<ul><li>Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter).</li><li>Monitor engagement, reply to comments/messages, and keep a consistent brand voice.</li><li>Collaborate with designers or VAs on visuals, copy, and monthly content calendars.</li><li>Basic photo/video editing and content creation skills are a plus.</li></ul>Partnerships &amp; Community Marketing<ul><li>Manage and grow local partnerships and referral programs with realtors, property managers, and community organizations.</li><li>Track partner activity and oversee payout tiers ($40&ndash;$150 per referred new customer) with monthly reporting.</li></ul>General Marketing Support<ul><li>Help maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and organized asset libraries.</li><li>Assist with email marketing campaigns, automation, and A/B testing.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.</li><li>Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, etc.) to streamline content and automation.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house).</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills.</li><li>Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email/SMS marketing platforms.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>You love marketing &mdash; not just talking about it, but building it and seeing results.</li><li>You take direction well but thrive with autonomy.</li><li>You&rsquo;re organized, creative, and great at moving multiple projects forward.</li><li>You&rsquo;re excited to help a local service brand grow into something bigger.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive pay ($50,000&ndash;$65,000 based on experience)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Company-match retirement plan</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Growth path into future leadership roles as we expand</li></ul>SummaryThis is a hands-on, growth-focused marketing role for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and help build a brand that lasts.
