The RoleMCL Telecommunications Group are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team and develop a long-term career within the telecoms industry.This role would be ideal for someone who has recently completed their A-Levels or college studies and is interested in technology, networking, and customer service.You will work closely alongside our Head of Telecoms, learning all aspects of business telecommunications while supporting day-to-day customer and administrative activities.This is a hands-on role that offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from an experienced engineer whilst gaining practical workplace experience.No previous telecoms experience is required as full training will be provided.Responsibilities<ul><li>Answering incoming customer calls.</li><li>Assisting with customer support enquiries.</li><li>Updating spreadsheets and customer records.</li><li>General office administration.</li><li>Gathering customer and project information.</li><li>Assisting with telecoms system setup and provisioning.</li><li>Supporting cloud telephony deployments.</li><li>Learning networking and IP fundamentals.</li><li>Attending customer installations.</li><li>Shadowing engineers on site visits.</li><li>Supporting customers remotely and onsite.</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Recently completed A-Levels, BTEC, T-Level or equivalent.</li><li>Good communication and organisational skills.</li><li>Confident telephone manner.</li><li>Strong IT literacy.</li><li>Friendly, professional, and good at integrating into a team environment with a willingness to learn.</li><li>Interest in technology, networking or telecoms.</li></ul>Desirable<ul><li>Full UK driving licence (essential)</li><li>Basic knowledge of computers, networking or IT.</li><li>Previous customer service experience.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Full training and mentoring.</li><li>Hands-on telecoms and networking experience.</li><li>Exposure to customer-facing engineering work.</li><li>Career development opportunities.</li><li>Opportunity to develop into a Telecoms Engineer.</li><li>Supportive, relaxed and friendly environment.</li><li>Lunch provided every third Friday.</li><li>Casual dress</li><li>Regular company events.</li></ul>ApplyIf you're interested in technology, enjoy solving problems, and want to build a career in telecoms, we'd love to hear from you.Please send your CV together with a short covering email explaining why you're interested in the role and how you think you would be a good fit for our team.Pay: From &pound;22,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Casual dress</li><li>Company events</li><li>Discounted or free food</li><li>Free parking</li><li>On-site parking</li></ul>Work Location: In person
