Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our business growth. Idea for a detail- oriented person who enjoys organization, communication, and digital marketing, have a strong understanding of various marketing channels. This role is essential in supporting our marketing efforts across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and content marketing. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement with our target audience.Duties<ul><li>Appointment scheduling: Coordinate and confirm client information and appointments through phone, email, and online sources.</li><li>Mail Campaigns: Prepare, send and track direct mail marketing materials.</li><li>Create engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates.</li><li>Social media: Create posts, engaging content on company social media platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with the team on advertising sales strategies and assist in the creation of advertising materials.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.</li><li>Proficiency in social media marketing across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively</li><li>Previous marketing and or administrative experience is required</li></ul>Please submit a detailed resume with your contact information for immediate consideration, no phone calls pleaseJob Type: Part-timePay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 per weekWork Location: In person
