IN A NUTSHELL

The HR Generalist is responsible for a wide range of duties, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and HR administration. The HR Generalist collaborates with management and employees to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.

DAY-TO-DAY
<ul>
<li>Employee Relations:
<ul><li>Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.</li>
<li>Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.</li>
</ul></li><li>Performance Management:
<ul><li>Support performance check in processes, ensuring timely and constructive feedback is provided to employees.</li>
<li>Assist in identifying performance improvement opportunities and implementing performance development plans.</li>
</ul></li><li>Training and Development:
<ul><li>Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop relevant employee training programs.</li>
<li>Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and through digital platforms.</li>
</ul></li><li>HR Policy Implementation:
<ul><li>Work closely with the wider HR team to develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure company policies are effectively communicated and consistently applied.</li>
</ul></li><li>Compliance and Legal:
<ul><li>Stay informed about employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company's HR practices remain compliant.</li>
<li>Assist in handling HR-related audits and compliance reporting.</li>
<li>Update contracts where necessary to ensure we are compliant with the current country specific legislation.</li>

<li>Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.</li>

</ul></li><li>HR Projects and Initiatives:
<ul><li>Participate in HR-related projects, including process improvement initiatives and employee engagement programs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.</li>
