<div>Our Primary Care clinic is searching for a qualified and motivated nurse to join our team. Certification as RN, LPN, or CMA is required. A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a primary care setting is required (2+ years is more desirable). Familiarity with computers is imperative. The ideal candidate will be diligent, flexible, and able to work well in a team environment. Applicants should note that this is a fast-paced work place which will challenge one to higher levels of efficiency. 

<ul>
<li>Checking vitals</li>
<li>Interviewing patients</li>
<li>Reviewing and updating allergies and medications</li>
<li>Updating chief complaints</li>
<li>Managing patient care according to each patient&rsquo;s needs under Provider Supervision</li>
<li>Phlebotomy, Collecting Urine Specimens, Throat swabs, EKG, spirometry</li>
<li>Administering injections of medications</li>
<li>Verifying that patient charts are updated promptly and accurately</li>
<li>Observing and recording patients&rsquo; conditions and reactions to medications and treatments</li>
<li>Creating and entering data in spreadsheets, drafting memos and letters when needed</li>
<li>Referrals and obtaining Pre-Certifications for procedures and medication</li>
<li>Attending to refill requests, patient forms, and other patient-related documentation</li>
<li>Communicating with patients by phone and/or via the patient portal</li> 
</ul>
Job Type: Full-time 


Schedule: Monday to Friday 


COVID-19 considerations: Masks, hand sanitizers and PPE are provided to staff. Masks are required for everyone while in the office. 

Primary Care: 1-2 years (Required) 


EMR systems: 2 years (Preferred) 

License: RN, LPN, or CMA (Required) 


Work Location: one location primarily but at times may require travel to other clinics
