About the Role:We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and completion of projects &mdash; ensuring tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion.</li><li>Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling project timelines.</li><li>Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure requirements are met.</li><li>Track project progress and prepare status reports for management.</li><li>Organize and manage project documentation and approvals.</li><li>Support in resource allocation and logistics planning for events and installations.</li><li>Address issues, delays, or conflicts promptly and escalate when necessary.</li><li>Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, health &amp; safety standards, and client requirements.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Events, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.</li><li>Must be flexible to work on-site and during events as required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
