<div>Outside Sales Account Executive - Central Region 
Remote | Engineering | High-Growth Opportunity
(This is a remote position with travel required - Preference will be given to candidates located in Texas OR Arizona)
Meade Engineering is a full-service design firm specializing in innovative, cost-effective solutions for data centers, cloud providers, and large-scale construction projects. We are looking for an Outside Sales Account Executive to lead our market expansion and foster lasting client relationships across key sectors.
What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in data centers, commercial construction, and infrastructure.</li><li>
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations.</li><li>
Lead pricing strategy development and manage the proposal process.</li><li>
Support contract negotiations and drive deal closure.</li><li>
Represent Meade Engineering at industry events to increase brand visibility.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>
8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the engineering, construction, or technology sectors.</li><li>
Proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing complex business opportunities.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with technical and executive-level stakeholders.</li><li>
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).</li><li>
Ability to synthesize technical concepts and translate them into clear, compelling value propositions.</li><li>
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for building lasting partnerships and driving growth.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience working with engineering or construction firms or selling technical services.</li><li>
Familiarity with proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation.</li><li>
Comfortable speaking at industry events and delivering client-facing presentations.</li><li>
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and marketing automation platforms.</li></ul>
