Meadowlark Music is building a team! And we are looking for talented and sparkly teachers to join us.In this role, teachers use and build upon the Meadowlark curriculum and songs to lead group classes of babies and toddlers in singing, introducing musical instruments and encouraging creative movement. Teacher sets a personal schedule (and breaks) at the beginning of each seasonal session. Great Pay!We are looking for teachers who can establish a warm, fun environment to enhance development of listening awareness, fine motor skills, and social skills. Most importantly we are looking for teachers who want to connect with babies and toddlers to joyfully discover all that music offers to us as individuals and as a community, our brains, minds and hearts!Requirements:Must be able to sing and play guitar/ukulele/mobile instrument for accompanimentMust be reliable and enjoy people and celebrating little ones discovering musicCurriculum and weekly lesson plans availableClasses are 45 min in lengthMeadowlark music is a small local business that hosts classes to make babies and toddlers dance and giggle! And parents too! We offer classes throughout the DC metro region, at local parks, community centers and backyards. Meadowlark Music has been delighting families in DC for 13+ years now.
