The Role:</div><div>
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing effective sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and help build a strong, diverse, and high-performing team.</div><div></div><div><br>
The Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Manage end-to-end recruitment forfull-time positions,contract-based proctors, including sourcing, screening, assessment, and onboarding.</li><li>
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.</li><li>
Support recruitment for full-time and cross-functional roles as required.</li><li>
Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, networks, social platforms, and referrals.</li><li>
Conduct HR screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate closely with hiring managers.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with SLAs, documentation norms, and background verification processes.</li><li>
Schedule interviews, communicate updates, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.</li><li>
Maintain accurate and organized data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li><li>
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to support employer branding initiatives.</li><li>
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring progress and pipeline health.</li><li>
Collaborate with Operations, Workforce Management, and Compliance teams to align hiring with business timelines.</li><li>
Provide regular hiring updates, reports, and dashboards to internal stakeholders.</li><li>
Stay informed about market trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><div><br>
The Desired Attributes:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)is preferred.</li><li>
5-6years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or similar HR role</li><li>
Exposure to contract or part-time hiring and a BPO background is preferred.</li><li>
Experience in volume hiring or proctor hiring will be a strong advantage.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques.</li><li>
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.</li><li>
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.</li></ul><p>
Additional Position Information:</p><ul><li>
Role supports two of our office locations in Hyderabad, with a primary focus on full-time, contract-based and part-time proctor hiring.</li><li>
Core hours: Monday through Friday, PM 10:00 AM IST to 7:00 PM IST</li><li>
