*Job Profile: HR Executive****Role Overview:**We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Business Administration or a related field, with practical experience in HR or administrative roles. This position is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations of facility management and HR functions, contributing to a productive and compliant work environment.**Key Responsibilities:**1. **Housekeeping and Facility Operations:**- Oversee daily housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and safe workplace.- Coordinate with facility management to ensure all operational needs are met.2. **Petty Cash Management:**- Handle and maintain records of petty cash transactions.- Ensure all expenditures are documented and within budgetary constraints.3. **Canteen Services Coordination:**- Liaise with canteen service providers to ensure quality and timely service.- Address and resolve any issues related to canteen operations.4. **HR Documentation and Record Keeping:**- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.- Assist in the preparation and management of HR documents and reports.5. **Transport and Vehicle Data Management:**- Oversee the management of company transport and vehicle data.- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.6. **Policy Compliance:**- Ensure all HR and facility management activities comply with company policies and regulations.- Stay updated with HR best practices and legal requirements.**Qualifications:**- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.- Proven experience in HR or administrative functions.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**Personal Attributes:**- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.- Strong ethical standards and discretion in handling confidential information.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
