We are known for delivering innovative engineering designs and precision-crafted machinery.Job Summary:A purchase trainee for capital equipment assists the procurement team with the sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition of high-value assets used for production, manufacturing, or operations.Job Responsibility:<ul><li>Supplier research: Identifying, evaluating, and qualifying potential suppliers and vendors for specialized technical equipment.</li><li>Request for Quotation (RFQ) processing: Assisting with the creation and processing of detailed RFQ documents that outline the specific requirements for complex, custom equipment.</li><li>Vendor management: Communicating with suppliers to track orders, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.</li><li>Cost analysis: Comparing quotes, analyzing market trends, and evaluating the total cost of ownership (TCO), which includes acquisition, installation, maintenance, and disposal costs.</li><li>Documentation: Maintaining meticulous records of purchases, contracts, supplier communications, and invoices.</li><li>Cross-functional support: Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to meet project deadlines and align procurement with business goals.</li></ul>Required skills and qualifications<ul><li>Education: Any bachelor's degree.</li><li>Analytical skills: The ability to analyze data, compare supplier proposals, and assess complex financial and technical information is essential.</li><li>Communication and negotiation: Strong interpersonal skills are needed to build and maintain vendor relationships and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.</li><li>Organizational skills: Since trainees often manage multiple orders and projects simultaneously, strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks are critical.</li><li>Technical proficiency: Familiarity with procurement and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is often a key requirement.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;11,133.37 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
