Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate painting and blasting crews on site</li><li>Ensure surface preparation and coating activities meet project specs (ISO, NACE, SSPC, client standards, etc.)</li><li>Monitor blasting profiles, cleanliness levels, coating thickness (DFT), and curing conditions</li><li>Ensure correct use, handling, and storage of paints, abrasives, and solvents</li><li>Enforce HSE requirements, including PPE use, permits, and toolbox talks</li><li>Plan daily work activities and manpower allocation</li><li>Inspect completed work and coordinate with QA/QC inspectors</li><li>Identify and resolve technical or operational issues on site</li><li>Maintain records: daily reports, material consumption, progress tracking</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other disciplines</li><li>Ensure equipment (air compressors, blasting machines, spray pumps) is properly maintained</li></ul>Working Hours: 10Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you join immediately?</li><li>How many years experience you have in Qatar?</li></ul>
