Regional Sales Executive &ndash; Medical DevicesWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to promote and expand sales of Medical tapes, laparoscopic surgical disposables, and other medical devices within the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, surgeons, distributors, retailers, supply chains and healthcare professionals.</li><li>Achieve regional sales targets and business growth objectives.</li><li>Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.</li><li>Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven 3+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience preferred.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel within the assigned region or outside the region when needed</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.</li><li>Career growth opportunities in a growing medical devices company.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: On the road
