<div>Position Summary
The RN, Staff Nurse facilitates pre-employment health screenings for new hires, including reviewing immunization records, coordinating required tests, and administering necessary vaccines. This role completes the health-clearance portion of onboarding and forwards all results to Employee Health Services for final clearance. While the position's primary focus is facilitating the pre-employment health screening process, the RN may also provide support to the WKU Health Services function.
Minimum Qualifications
<ul><li>Previous nursing experience in employee and/or occupational health, public health, infection prevention, or related experience preferred.</li>
<li>Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree preferred.</li>
<li>Kentucky RN license (OR) RN license in a State recognized by the Kentucky Nurse Licensure Compact Act required effective June 1, 2007.</li>

<div>Position Summary
The HR Partner serves as a collaborative resource to assigned departments and service lines, providing guidance in employee relations, employee engagement, and supporting employee activities and events. This role builds strong relationships with leaders and staff to foster a positive and productive workplace, ensuring alignment with organizational values and goals. The HR Partner supports leaders in resolving employee relations concerns, conducts investigations, and offers guidance on performance management, policy interpretation, and team dynamics. Additionally, this position leads or supports initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and well-being, including coordinating activities and events that strengthen the employee experience. The HR Partner works proactively to identify trends, recommend solutions, and implement programs that promote retention, morale, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
<ul><li>Two years of professional experience in Human Resources, business management/operations, or related experience required.</li>
<li>Previous experience in employee relations preferred.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree required.</li>
<li>SHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification(s) preferred. 
Certification is encouraged and may be required after hire or transfer into the position.</li>
