Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.Duties<ul><li>Schedule and manage appointments for multiple providers and locations.</li><li>Verify insurance and gather required intake documentation.</li><li>Accurately enter and update client information in the EHR system.</li><li>Handle inquiries from multiple contact streams such as voice mail, email, web inquires and insurance referrals.</li><li>Calling scheduled clients to confirm upcoming appointments</li><li>Answer and return phone calls promptly, providing information or directing calls to appropriate personnel.</li><li>Maintain an organized system for administrative documents and client records.</li><li>Assist with customer support by addressing questions or concerns in a timely manner.</li><li>Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.</li><li>Handle any additional tasks as assigned by management to enhance office operations.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines at all times</li></ul>Experience The ideal candidate should possess:<ul><li>Previous experience as a behavioral health receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred</li><li>Proficiency with EHR systems (e.g., SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, or similar)</li><li>Proficiency with Excel, Google Docs, Word and Outlook</li><li>Strong multitasking and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Warm, empathetic, and patient-centered approach</li><li>Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times</li><li>Ability to proofread documents carefully to ensure clarity and correctness</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Experience scheduling across multiple locations or provider calendars</li><li>Familiarity with behavioral health terminology and practices</li><li>Bilingual skills are a plus</li></ul>If you are passionate about providing outstanding service and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Front desk: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Woodstock, VA 22664 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Woodstock, VA 22664: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
