 Your Job
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a broad range of roles, with a focus on technical and business-critical positions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, talent pools, and headhunting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates&rsquo; qualifications, and coordinate technical and behavioral interviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with technical panels to design and implement customized assessments for specific roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company as a brand ambassador in the talent market, ensuring positive candidate experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report key recruitment metrics and recommend improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 continuously refine recruitment strategies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws, internal policies, and diversity &amp; inclusion practices.
 </li>

 Your Profile
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 from 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience
 
 , including
 
 technical roles
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interviewing and assessment skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders under tight deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and reporting skills
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and time management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Recruitment experience within a

 Familiarity with competency-based interviewing and structured hiring frameworks
