You&rsquo;ll be responsible for ensuring every video is delivered on time, on brand, and without compromise&mdash;by coordinating with editors and animators, enforcing SOPs, running quality checks, and publishing content across platforms.You&rsquo;ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Director of Content to execute a shared creative vision. If you&rsquo;re the kind of person who takes pride in smooth systems, loves checklist-driven consistency, and knows how to lead creatives without letting deadlines slip&mdash;you&rsquo;ll thrive here.Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee the entire post-production process across 3+ YouTube channels and supporting platforms (Instagram, Vimeo, etc.)</li><li>Manage a team of video editors and motion designers, ensuring timely execution and adherence to our quality standards</li><li>Review drafts, give actionable feedback, and ensure final outputs match the creative brief, brand voice, and formatting guidelines</li><li>Use checklists and SOPs to maintain consistent video quality, pacing, formatting, and technical specs across all content</li><li>Handle video uploads and publishing: write metadata, optimize for SEO (title, tags, description), add end screens, playlists, and cards</li><li>Run A/B tests (thumbnails, titles), monitor performance analytics, and coordinate improvements across the funnel</li><li>Train new editors and animators on our systems and workflows, and help them use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Powtoon</li><li>Stay current on YouTube best practices, algorithm changes, and platform tools (YouTube Studio, Vimeo, TubeBuddy, VidIQ)</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>3+ years producing and publishing content for YouTube or similar digital video platforms</li><li>Strong project manager with proven ability to lead creatives and keep projects moving without delay</li><li>Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects), Powtoon, and remote collaboration tools (Google Drive, Notion, Slack)</li><li>Detail-oriented and operationally minded&mdash;you rely on systems, SOPs, and checklists to ensure excellence every time</li><li>Comfortable making judgment calls on quality: You know when a video is &ldquo;good enough&rdquo; and when it needs revision</li><li>Clear communicator with strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Zero tolerance for missed deadlines or sloppy execution&mdash;you take full ownership of output</li></ul>Bonus Points<ul><li>Familiarity with educational or professional development content</li><li>Experience with short-form vertical video workflows (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok)</li><li>Experience training or onboarding editors and creatives into an existing video production pipeline</li><li>Knowledge of animation pipelines using tools like Vyond, Powtoon, or Adobe Animate</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Get<ul><li>A high-impact role with direct access to the CEO and key leadership</li><li>Remote flexibility and autonomy, with clear structure and performance expectations</li><li>A chance to scale content that genuinely helps people&mdash;from premeds to physicians</li><li>Opportunities for growth into team leadership or operations roles as we scale</li></ul>How to ApplyFollow the instructions in this Google Form: https://forms.gle/zb62oyicoy3kFKNy9We are not looking for someone who just &ldquo;keeps things moving.&rdquo; We&rsquo;re looking for someone who can enforce high standards, manage creatives, publish with precision, and keep a production calendar airtight.
