 Other arrangements:
 
 Arrangements for software license and AI development, real estate,related party transactions, employment &amp; labour matters, POSH matters, CSR matters, etc.

 Transactional Work:
 
 Assist in various transactions undertaken by the Group like joint venture, collaborations, merger &amp; acquisition, share purchase &amp; shareholders arrangement, operation &amp; management, revenue share arrangements, etc. Includes conducting due diligence and interaction with external legal counsels in this regard.

 Independent interaction with senior management/ HoDs:
 
 Interaction with senior management and internal/ external clients to better understand their requirements, address their queries and ensure smooth resolution and closure.
