The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting doctors, and ensuring patient safety and comfort while following hospital policies and clinical standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care</li><li>Monitor patient vital signs and medical conditions</li><li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed</li><li>Assist doctors during examinations and procedures</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation</li><li>Provide pre- and post-operative nursing care</li><li>Educate patients and families about health and treatment plans</li><li>Ensure infection control and patient safety standards</li><li>Respond to medical emergencies promptly</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursing area</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma or BSc in Nursing</li><li>Proven experience as a Staff Nurse (preferred)</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work in shifts</li><li>Compassionate and patient-focused approach</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Clinical and patient care skills</li><li>Time management and multitasking</li><li>Teamwork and coordination</li><li>Basic computer and documentation skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
