Call Center SpecialistMedi Trans, LLCSUMMARY: Following all company policies and procedures. Work directly with members to achieve all Call Center/Gas Reimbursement performance and contractual compliance objectives.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS<ul><li>Ensures adherence to Gas Reimbursement Policies and Procedures.</li><li>Ensure calls are handled efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.</li><li>Assists members/family with any complaints.</li><li>Monitor/Verify all incoming GR Forms</li><li>Responsible for entering all GR information into the Novus System accurately.</li><li>Work with CSR, Dispatch, and Claims Supervisors on any GR requests or payments.</li><li>Communicate and coordinate with Executive Management to ensure GR performs as a cohesive unit and meets performance goals.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED<ul><li>Previous experience in a Call Center Environment.</li><li>Ability to work well with people. Strong leadership skills</li><li>Exceptional organization and time management skills.</li><li>Positive attitude, good judgment, and strong work ethic.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Strong computer skills.
