 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Clinical Duties:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Record patient vitals
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform EKGs
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct phlebotomy
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with patient care and treatment plans
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Administrative &amp; Front Office Duties:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage a multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct follow-up calls to monitor patient progress and address concerns
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle sensitive or complex inquiries by directing them to appropriate staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide outstanding patient service and maintain a welcoming environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and manage inventory of clinical and office supplies
 </li>
 <li>
 Scan and upload patient documents into electronic records
 </li>
 <li>
 Train new staff on procedures as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Support clinic marketing initiatives and overall business growth
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Medical Assistant experience required
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in phlebotomy and EKG
 </li>
 <li>
 Front office experience, including insurance verification (VOB)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Team-oriented mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of exercise/fitness is a plus
 </li>
