 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 As an Esthetician/Medical Assistant, you&rsquo;ll be a vital part of our mission, blending clinical expertise with front office efficiency to deliver outstanding patient experiences. Your role will include:
 
 
 
 
 
 Clinical Duties (Based On Credentials):
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and other esthetic services
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform essential clinical tasks such as taking patient vitals, conducting EKGs, and performing phlebotomy with precision and care.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous (SQ) injections
 </li>
 <li>
 Document patient progress in charts and/or EMR systems with accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and stocked according to company and state regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and satisfaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with promoting memberships, packages, retail products, and monthly specials
 </li>
 <li>
 Take on additional clinical responsibilities as needed to ensure top-tier patient care.

 Administrative Duties:

 Deliver exceptional patient service by greeting patients warmly and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct follow-up calls to monitor patient progress and provide empathetic support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support clinic operations by monitoring inventory levels for clinical and office supplies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform daily scanning and uploading of patient documents to maintain organized records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Train colleagues on daily procedures as directed by the office manager or physician.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to clinic marketing initiatives to drive profitability and promote our mission.

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Medical Assistant who brings:

 Certification:
 </li>

 Preferred but not required: Valid Medical Assistant certification
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred but not required: Active Esthetician License in the state of Florida
 </li>
 </ul>

 Front Office Expertise: Proven experience in front office duties, including knowledge of insurance and verification of benefits (VOB).
 </li>
 <li>
 Clinical Skills: Proficiency in microneedling, EKG, phlebotomy, and clinical documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exercise/Nutrition Knowledge: Prior training or experience in exercise and nutrition is a plus, but not required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interpersonal Excellence: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and colleagues.
