 Media A La Carte is a boutique social media agency specializing in organic social, content production, and paid social for clients in the luxury beauty, wellness, jewelry, and alcohol spaces. We&rsquo;re a woman founded team with a desire to hire a good fit for our team because our philosophy is: life&rsquo;s too short to work with people you don&rsquo;t like. We take our work for our clients super seriously but also watch Gilmore Girls in the studio on Wellness Wednesdays once a month. You get the vibe. Our nails are flawless, we love to chat about the latest killer campaign (hem hem, Alex Cooper for Skims bridal?!?! iconic) and we can execute what gets our clients results without breaking a sweat.  You Are Right For This Position If You:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Have 1+ years of experience working at a social media agency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Social Media, PR, Communications, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have a true passion for digital marketing and get excited about the idea of creating content that tells compelling stories for our clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have experience managing accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok - a MUST.
 </li>
 <li>
 Are able to write grammatically correct, pack a punch short form copy while maintaining multiple brand voices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Are experienced with Canva and CapCut (Adobe is a plus) and have great aesthetic skills. You know how to lay out a beautiful Instagram grid and edit a scroll-stopping reel effortlessly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Are comfortable in front of the camera (hello trends!)
 </li>
 <li>
 Have paid social experience and/or are willing to learn.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enjoy being detail-oriented and delivering content with zero spelling mistakes.

 Can easily maintain brand guidelines while being innovative and creative.
 </li>

 You love to blaze the path for developing concepts and content calendars for different clients. You&rsquo;re the driving force behind client results.

 Role Objective
 
 
 
 Reporting to the (Account Director), The Social Media Manager at Media A La Carte ideates, plans, and executes high performing, quality first social media strategy for MALC&rsquo;s assigned clients.&nbsp;With a penchant for creative copy, exceptional aesthetics, and an unmatched desire to be part of a high performing team, the Social Media Manager is in the loop, aware, and detail driven.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 STRATEGIC CONTENT PLANNING&nbsp;
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Launch, grow, and manage client social accounts by ensuring relevant milestones are set and met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fully own social and content strategy and editorial planning for all of assigned clients, simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Project manage assigned client load and deliverables, including strategy, content calendars, copywriting, client meetings, managing the content creation process, and more.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver error-free copywriting that is unique to each brand&rsquo;s voice.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and design an aesthetically pleasing Instagram grid in no time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Navigate and leverage tech tools like Later, Google Drive, Slack, and ClickUp on a daily basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay fully up to date with what&rsquo;s trending in the land of social media by consuming content regularly with intention (not just scrolling - but
 
 learning
 
 ).
 </li>
 <li>
 Use data and experimentation to optimize and report on performance across all platforms.
 </li>

 CLIENT SERVICES AND EXECUTION
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Advocate for client needs with internal team functions in order to deliver highest quality content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to client emails and communications in a way that makes each of your clients feel like they&rsquo;re the only ones on your roster.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work on multiple client projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet all assigned deadlines, without exception.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage your time well, and can create plans to be successful in your work.&nbsp;
 </li>

 TEAMWORK AND COLLABORATION
 
 
 <ul>

 Analyze social media data to track performance. If a client comes to you with a concern, you have data to back up your answer and a PLAN to test new strategies going forward.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist on strategy and copywriting for internal marketing of both the Media A La Carte and Studio A La Carte brands.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to emails and Slacks within 15 minutes during 9-6pm on weekdays.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep the team up to date on macro and micro social media trends (Are you seeing a macro shift to content with heavy text overlay? You can&rsquo;t wait to let the team know.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsibly track all tasks and time through approved software systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in team meetings and complete ongoing training to continue leveling up your digital marketing prowess.
 </li>

 Skills And Requirements

 <li>
 1+ years of experience working in social media at a social media agency
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Social Media, PR, Communications, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Email Marketing experience is a bonus
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using Canva and CapCut (Adobe is a bonus)&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Paid Social experience is a bonus&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with social media scheduling platforms like Later, Planoly, or Hootsuite
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with a project management system like ClickUp, Mondays, or Asana

 Experience creating content for multiple brands and platforms simultaneously.&nbsp;
