We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will greet guests, handle incoming calls, manage front desk operations, and provide administrative support across the organization. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional mannerAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone callsMaintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organizedReceive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveriesAssist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting roomsProvide basic information to clients and visitors about the companyMaintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (e.g., visitor logs)Perform basic administrative and clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and scanningSupport other administrative staff as neededRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or higher is a plus)Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProfessional appearance and demeanorCustomer service attitudePreferred Qualifications:Experience with office equipmentFamiliarity with appointment scheduling software or CRM systemsBilingual abilities are a plusPay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
