Job Title: Travel Consultant B2C/B2BQualification: Minimum Intermediate / A-levels/High school DegreeSalary: 25k -60k plus commissions and incentivesRequirements:<ul><li>Candidate must have minimum proven 1 -2 years of experience as a Travel consultant, Ticketing Officer or in a similar role.</li><li>Candidates must be familiar with any GDS (Sabre &amp; Galileo preferred), fare construction, fare rules and ticketing.</li><li>Must be able to effectively and clearly communicate in English.</li><li>Must be able to provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email) to address client inquiries, make recommendations, and resolve issues.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of latest tourism trends, offerings and options.</li><li>Understanding of travel documents including passports and visas.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time-management and communication skills.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to handle client issues and disruptions.</li></ul>Freshers with exceptional English communication skills can also apply for this post.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
