RoleAs a Marketing / Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for bringing in new leads and converting them into long-term clients across all our services.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, social media, and calls</li><li>Generate qualified leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Insta, and freelance marketplaces (Upwork, Fiverr, Bark, etc.)</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships</li><li>Present tailored solutions for clients across web development, SEO, social media, etc.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs</li><li>Call center / Sales / Customer Support experience is a strong advantage</li><li>Communicate with local and international clients via calls, email, and WhatsApp</li><li>Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Content, Ads, SEO) to ensure smooth delivery</li><li>Manage client follow-ups, reporting, and campaign updates</li><li>Support lead generation, client onboarding, and sales coordination</li><li>Maintain CRM / records of leads and client communications</li><li>Research market trends, competitors, and marketing opportunities</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field</li><li>Prior experience in a similar B2B digital agency role is preferred</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends</li><li>Confident, proactive, and result-oriented mindset</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (spoken &amp; written)</li><li>Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills</li><li>Confident, presentable, and professional attitude</li></ul>Perks<ul><li>Competitive Salary + Commission</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Growth-focused and supportive environment</li><li>Training on latest tools &amp; platforms</li><li>Opportunity to work with international clients</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
