We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Specialist to lead the production of high-quality video content for digital platforms. This role will focus on shooting and editing engaging social media shorts, promotional videos, and commercials that strengthen our brand and drive audience engagement.The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and creatively driven &mdash; someone who can take a project from concept to final delivery while maintaining strong visual storytelling and brand consistency.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Shoot high-quality video content for social media, advertisements, and promotional campaigns</li><li>Edit engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.) optimized for platform performance</li><li>Produce polished commercial-style videos for digital ads, website, and broadcast as needed</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards</li><li>Manage lighting, audio, camera setup, and production logistics for shoots</li><li>Color correct, mix audio, and finalize videos for distribution</li><li>Organize and maintain video assets and media library</li><li>Stay current with social media trends, video formats, and platform best practices</li><li>Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of experience in video production and editing</li><li>Proficiency in Davinci Resolve or Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom/Photoshop preferred) or equivalent editing software</li><li>Strong understanding of vertical video formats and social media optimization</li><li>Experience shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and professional audio equipment</li><li>Knowledge of lighting techniques for indoor and outdoor shoots</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail</li><li>Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience creating paid advertising content</li><li>Motion graphics and basic animation skills</li><li>Drone videography (if applicable)</li><li>Photography experience</li><li>Scriptwriting or content ideation experience</li></ul>Please submit:<ul><li>Resume</li><li>Portfolio or demo reel showcasing relevant video work</li><li>Links to social media content you have produced</li></ul>Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 8.0 &ndash; 24.0 per weekWork Location: In person
