Job Title:Remote Administrative Assistant (Female &ndash; UAE-based, Visa Holder)Details:We&rsquo;re hiring a remote female assistant to support our premium beauty and aesthetics distribution business in the UAE.Job Type:Remote, full-time or part-timeSalary: AED 2,000&ndash;3,000 + commissionMust be based in the UAE with a valid visaMain Tasks:<ul><li>Answering calls &amp; WhatsApp from clinics</li><li>Coordinating orders, invoices &amp; delivery follow-ups</li><li>Communicating with suppliers (local &amp; international)</li><li>Supporting basic admin and client database updates</li><li>Commission available for every new client brought in</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Female applicant</li><li>Must already be living in the UAE</li><li>Must have a valid residence visa (we do not provide visa)</li><li>Fluent in English (spoken + written)</li><li>Strong communication &amp; follow-up skills</li><li>Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus</li><li>Friendly, organized &amp; responsive</li><li>Previous experience in admin or beauty field is an advantage</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, PermanentPay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
