We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to join our team as a Business Analyst in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) business domain. In this role, you will be responsible for providing business analysis and RCM expertise and act as liaison between IT and operation teams. If you are a self-motivated individual with a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management, and can independently work in a high-pressure environment, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts, to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations.- Monitor and track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular project status updates to executives.- Foster a collaborative and agile work environment, promoting transparency, open communication, and continuous improvement.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including the Creation of typical User Stories with Acceptance Criteria and Definitions of Done, managing backlogs, and user stories- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.- Excellent business analysis skills, with the ability to gather and document requirements, perform gap analysis and propose effective solutions.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.- Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart) is a plus.- Familiarity with RCM processes, including billing, coding, claims management, and revenue optimization is a plus.- Basic understanding of SQL and Testing is a plus.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
