We are looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. If you are passionate about videography, photography, editing, and storytelling within the beauty and wellness industry&mdash;this role is for you.Job Summary:As our Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging short-form content for Instagram (Reels, Stories, Feed), Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. You&rsquo;ll plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality videos and images that reflect the Medical Village brand and highlight the beauty of aesthetic treatments and patient experiences.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, film, and edit content for Instagram Reels, Stories, and Feed posts</li><li>Capture high-quality photos and videos of treatments, clinic ambiance, testimonials, and team activities</li><li>Edit videos using tools such as CapCut (preferred), Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro</li><li>Write compelling short-form scripts, captions, hooks, and video descriptions</li><li>Collaborate with medical staff and patients to create authentic and educational content</li><li>Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of scheduled posts</li><li>Format content appropriately for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook</li><li>Stay on top of social media trends, visual styles, and trending sounds</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Qualifications:Videography<ul><li>Strong understanding of lighting for facial aesthetics and skin treatments</li><li>Skilled in portrait shooting, framing, cinematic angles, and camera movements</li><li>Experience filming high-quality vertical content for Reels and Stories</li></ul>Photography<ul><li>Proficient in close-up photography for face, skin, and hair treatment results</li><li>Ability to take consistent Before &amp; After photos with proper lighting and positioning</li><li>Experience using manual camera settings (ISO, aperture, shutter speed)</li><li>Skilled in editing with Lightroom, Snapseed, or similar tools</li></ul>Video Editing &amp; Post-Production<ul><li>Proficiency in editing software: CapCut (preferred), Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, InShot, VN, or DaVinci Resolve</li><li>Ability to add sound effects, text overlays, transitions, and music</li><li>Comfortable syncing videos with trending audio and creating engaging, fast-paced edits</li></ul>Social Media Knowledge<ul><li>Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, and Feed post dynamics</li><li>Familiarity with Instagram&rsquo;s algorithm and use of trending sounds, hashtags, and formats</li><li>Experience formatting content for Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts</li><li>Knowledge of platform-specific aspect ratios: 9:16 (vertical), 1:1 (square), 16:9 (horizontal)</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling ability</li><li>Fast execution with a high attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable interacting professionally with patients and clinic staff during filming</li><li>Fluent in English; excellent communication skills</li><li>Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and beauty industry trends</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>A dynamic and creative working environment in the beauty and aesthetics industry</li><li>Opportunity to collaborate with industry professionals and grow your creative portfolio</li><li>Access to modern equipment and tools</li><li>A collaborative and supportive team culture</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
