Job Title: Product Manager &ndash; Aesthetics (Sales &amp; Operations)We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager &ndash; Aesthetics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience in the aesthetics or medical aesthetics field and will play a key role in driving both sales and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Visit aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, and related healthcare facilities to promote and sell products</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients</li><li>Achieve sales targets through effective product positioning and market engagement</li><li>Conduct product presentations and in-clinic training where required</li><li>Manage and monitor stock levels and inventory planning to ensure product availability</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and deliveries</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and client interactions</li><li>Support basic administrative and reporting tasks related to sales and operations</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in aesthetics, medical aesthetics, or dermatology product sales</li><li>Strong understanding of clinic workflows and practitioner needs</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to manage both field sales and backend operational tasks</li><li>Highly organized with attention to detail in inventory and reporting</li><li>Self-driven and capable of working independently</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives</li><li>Opportunity to work in a growing aesthetics portfolio</li><li>Exposure to leading clinics and professionals in the industry</li></ul>Work Location: In person
