About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive TPA / Billing Executive to manage the billing operations and Third Party Administrator (TPA) processes at our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospital billing, insurance coordination, and TPA documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end billing process for patients (cash, credit, and insurance).

Coordinate with TPA/Insurance companies for pre-authorization, approvals, and claim settlement.

Prepare and verify patient bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital policies.

Maintain proper documentation of TPA claims and insurance-related records.

Follow up with TPA/Insurance companies for pending claims and timely reimbursements.

Ensure transparency in patient billing and resolve billing-related queries.

Work closely with the accounts and finance team for reconciliations.

Adhere to hospital policies, statutory requirements, and audit guidelines.

Qualifications &amp; Skills

Graduate in Commerce / Healthcare Administration / relevant field.

1&ndash;3 years of experience in hospital billing / TPA coordination.

Good knowledge of TPA processes, medical insurance policies, and healthcare billing.

Proficient in MS Office and hospital management software (HMS).

Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Operation Theatre Assistant to join our healthcare team in Nadiad. The candidate will be responsible for assisting surgeons, nurses, and anesthetists during surgical procedures, ensuring proper sterilization of instruments, maintaining OT hygiene, and providing overall support in the smooth functioning of the operation theatre.

Handle and pass surgical instruments as per the surgeon&rsquo;s instructions.

Maintain strict aseptic and sterile conditions in the OT.

Transport patients to and from the operation theatre when required.

Ensure availability of required medical supplies and report shortages to the concerned authority.

Support the surgical team in emergency situations.

Diploma / Certification in Operation Theatre Technology (OT Technician/Assistant) or equivalent.

Previous experience as OT Assistant/Technician preferred.

Knowledge of sterilization techniques, surgical instruments, and OT protocols.
