We seek a skilled on-site Dermatology Staff Nurse to support procedural workflows, maintain clinical safety standards, and deliver excellent patient care in a fast-paced clinic setting.
 
 
 Role &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide direct clinical nursing care: triage, vitals monitoring, pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure observation for dermatology patients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist dermatologists during minor surgical and cosmetic procedures including biopsies, electrocautery, intralesional injections, cryotherapy and laser sessions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform venous access and intradermal/intralesional injections, apply dressings, remove sutures, and manage wound care per clinic protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure aseptic technique, sterilisation of instruments, prepare procedure trays and manage consumable inventory to maintain treatment readiness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver clear patient education and aftercare instructions, counsel on medication use and follow-up schedules, and reinforce wound/skin care compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate clinical documentation&mdash;procedure logs, vitals, medication charts&mdash;and escalate any adverse events or complications promptly to the supervising clinician.

 Primary Job Title (standardized): Resident Medical Officer (RMO)
 
 
 Role &amp; Responsibilities

 Provide on-site clinical coverage as the RMO: assess, stabilize and manage patients presenting to emergency, wards and observation areas during assigned duty shifts.

 Perform emergency procedures including intravenous cannulation, airway management, continuous monitoring and initial resuscitation per protocols.

 Manage admission/discharge workflows and coordinate with specialists for timely referrals and escalation of care.
