Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing various dental procedures, and ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine dental health needs.</li><li>Perform a variety of dental procedures</li><li>Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.</li><li>Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.</li><li>Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.</li><li>Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques, including medical imaging and dental fabrication.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.</li><li>Valid dental license to practice in the state of Texas</li><li>Proficiency in dental software systems such as Dentrix is preferred. We can provide training on Dentrix</li><li>Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and assessment.</li><li>Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.
