About the Team:
Responsible for the overall relationship management of client accounts and day-to-day activities. Responsible for ensuring that Medidata is able to deliver quality projects and services on time and within budget through effective management of Medidata resources.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Competent in Medidata systems and processes, with working knowledge of Patient Experience products</li><li>
Complete standard project tasks without assistance, including but not limited to creation and maintenance of accurate and current study documentation</li><li>
Manage a full portfolio of studies across various stages and complexities with a focus on delivery of the scope on time, within budget and with a high quality outcome</li><li>
Collaborate with cross functional teams by providing Patient Experience subject matter expertise and leading end to end project delivery of Patient Experience products</li><li>
Lead internal/external meetings independently ensuring key project milestones remain on track and meeting minutes/action items are accurately captured</li><li>
Apply proven project management principles to proactively assess risk, develop and communicate mitigation strategy focusing on preserving quality to manage intermediate challenges and ensure timely resolutions</li><li>
Management of client expectations for Patient Experience products and services</li><li>
Collaborate with the Professional Services Project Manager by helping to accurately forecast Patient Experience specific Professional Services hours required for the duration of the study</li><li>
Raise Patient Experience specific work requests to other departments for tasks to be completed where appropriate</li><li>
Conduct lessons learned meetings internally and externally</li><li>
Participates in internal initiatives to completion in support of team goals</li><li>
Interact with new hires on team activities at same level or below</li><li>
Work with Associate Project Manager to monitor delegated tasks</li><li>
Assure compliance with Medidata's standard project management methodologies and Medidata SOPs</li></ul></div><div>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Strong understanding of clinical research (pharma, device and/or biotech sectors) and of Clinical Research SaaS technology</li><li>
Experience working with eCOA/ePRO, eConsent, Virtual Trials or Wearable Sensors preferred</li><li>
Able to demonstrate good verbal/written communication combined with some organizational skills</li><li>
Experience in Client Services or a client facing role and able to demonstrate a customer first attitude through work</li><li>
Exhibit time management skills combined with strong collaboration and team-building awareness</li><li>
Experience in managing project timelines and risk assessment would be advantageous</li><li>

The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the Boston Metro Area is $78,000.00 to 104,000.00</li><li>
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in Texas or Ohio is $70,125.00 to 93,500.00</li><li>
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in all other locations within the United States is $71,250.00 to 95,000.00</li></ul>

About the Team:
As a Video Specialist, you will support the visual narrative of Medidata&rsquo;s global brand. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious creator who is eager to dive into the end-to-end video production process and grow their skills within a fast-paced marketing team. Bringing a strong foundation in video editing and/or motion graphics, you will assist in creating engaging multimedia assets that capture our audience's attention. In this role, you will work closely with, and learn from, a collaborative team, including the Senior Video Manager and Head of Creative.</div><div>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Multi-Channel Video Production &amp; Editing: Execute the day-to-day editing, sound design, and post-production of high-quality video content for paid media, digital advertising, social channels, and internal initiatives.</li><li>
End-to-End Production Growth: Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow across all areas of the video process&mdash;actively participating in pre-production planning, storyboarding, script-to-screen workflows, and final execution.</li><li>
Strict Brand Stewardship: Act as a guardian of Medidata's brand guidelines, ensuring that all motion graphics, lower thirds, typography, color grading, and video outputs maintain a premium, consistent visual identity.</li><li>
Campaign Partnership &amp; Narrative Pacing: Collaborate closely with the Campaigns and Content teams to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual stories, applying a sharp eye for narrative flow, timing, and engagement.</li><li>
AI-Enhanced Workflow Exploration: Partner with the creative team to learn, experiment with, and integrate Generative AI video and audio tools into the workflow to accelerate asset production and explore innovative storytelling concepts.</li><li>
Asset Management &amp; Organization: Organize, archive, and maintain a structured library of video assets, project files, and templates, ensuring they are easily accessible and updated for global, cross-functional use.</li><li>
Motion Graphics &amp; Formatting: Integrate motion graphics and other visual assets to enhance video assets when applicable.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a heavy focus on Premiere Pro and Lightroom. Experience or skill in After Effects is a huge plus.</li><li>
Camera &amp; Studio Basics: A foundational, base-level knowledge of operating Sony camera equipment and setting up basic lighting for video interviews or studio shoots.</li><li>
AI Curiosity &amp; Fluency: Familiarity with or an eagerness to use Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to enhance creative workflows, explore concepts, and optimize asset generation.</li><li>

About the Team:
Medidata Executive Assistants (EAs) are skilled Professionals who are responsible for performing administrative duties of advanced degrees of complexity for the assigned Executive (coverage may be up to four executives). The EAs have customary responsibilities such as managing correspondence, which is often of a confidential nature, preparing research, communication on behalf of the Executive, and acting as the &quot;gatekeeper;&quot; as well as handling more complicated special projects such as coordination of complex meetings. In keeping with these duties, EAs are required to develop an acute understanding of the Executives&rsquo; work style and requirements, and to utilize this understanding to decide which scheduled events, meetings, and requests are most appropriate for allocation of the Executive's time.
