If you're a driven, focused professional ready to be an anchor for our clients and a vital part of our team, we invite you to explore this opportunity.A TYPICAL DAY AS A SENIOR HR ADVISOR MIGHT INCLUDE Legal Services Support &middot; Manage and execute HR-related legal support projects using sound judgment and discretion.&middot; Collaborate with attorneys to ensure seamless project delivery, including delegation and deadline management.&middot; Draft and maintain model HR/legal documents such as employee handbooks and severance agreements.&middot; Perform initial legal research and develop work product under attorney direction.&middot; Identify potential inconsistencies in advice and elevate them for resolution.&middot; Manage the workflow of contract attorneys&middot; Support and lead client Compliance Plan processes, including document review, meeting facilitation, compliance issue flagging, and drafting of reports and materials.&middot; Track and manage incoming advice matters, assign to the appropriate attorney, and follow through to completion.&middot; Draft preliminary versions of policies, guidance, or memoranda based on legal research.Advice and Counsel Administrative Support &middot; Triage client inquiries and initiate timely, responsive communication.&middot; Maintain Firm resource libraries and ensure consistent use of templates and models.&middot; Facilitate workflow between clients and attorneys, ensuring timely delivery of work product.&middot; Stay informed of HR and legal developments and share insights internally.&middot; Contribute to process improvements, including Compliance Plan optimization.Business Development&middot; Monitor client satisfaction and proactively manage relationships.&middot; Identify opportunities to expand services such as audits, training, and policy reviews.&middot; Assist in developing proposals and compliance tools in collaboration with attorneys.&middot; Help promote the Firm&rsquo;s value proposition to prospective and existing clients.WHAT WE LOOK FORJoin our mission-driven team as a Senior HR Advisor, where you will use your HR and business operations expertise to help clients navigate intricate wage and hour issues with confidence.
