Act as the senior-most medical and administrative authority during night hours.Supervise overall hospital operations, ensuring smooth functioning of clinical and non-clinical departments.Serve as the on-call doctor responsible for managing patient care and emergencies at night.Guide duty doctors, nurses, and emergency staff on critical clinical decisions.Intervene in complex or medico-legal cases (MLC) and provide expert medical support.Monitor patient conditions in ICU, HDU, Emergency, and in-patient wards for escalations.Ensure timely admission, transfer, and discharge processes during the night shift.Handle patient and relative grievances with empathy and professionalism.Manage crowd control, disputes, or mob violence with support from hospital security.Coordinate with police or external authorities in case of medico-legal or violent incidents.Oversee functioning of Emergency, Wards, ICU, Diagnostics, Billing, and Admissions.Ensure bed availability, oxygen levels, medicines, and critical medical equipment are adequate.Supervise security staff to ensure patient, visitor, and employee safety.Enforce visitor control policies in sensitive areas like ICU and Emergency.Address incidents of violence, theft, or unauthorized entry swiftly and effectively.Conduct hospital night rounds to check hygiene, infection control, and waste management.Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness in all wards, corridors, and ICUs.Verify functioning of generators, UPS, lifts, oxygen plants, and other critical infrastructure.Coordinate with engineering or maintenance teams to resolve technical issues promptly.Record all night shift activities, including patient cases, staff attendance, and incidents.Submit detailed handover notes and incident reports to the morning shift team.Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, SOPs, and patient safety guidelines.Provide leadership, discipline, and guidance to all night shift staff.Manage crisis situations effectively with quick decision-making and strong judgment.Maintain professional communication with patients, relatives, and hospital staff at all times.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.21 - &#8377;32,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Night Supervisor

Complete a brief admission examination on each patient when appropriate and document clinical findings.Attend ward rounds with consulting staff, as required, and be available to discuss patient treatment plans.Provide a 24-hour medical service within the Critical care area by rotation basisInform admitting consultants of changes in medical condition of patients and of relevant action taken.Perform clinical procedures as requested by consultant medical staff and nursing staff, these may include phlebotomy and monitoring of intravenous drugs given to patients.Write up &ldquo;to shift out from Critical care area&rdquo; for patients as required.Visit patients as required at the request of the nursing staff.Visit all Critical care patients daily and document in clinical notes.To be familiar with all relevant procedures/policies.To be familiar with AHD clinical policies. Resident Medical Officer

<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities of hospital infrastructure, medical equipment (non-clinical), electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.</li><li>Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical services like electricity, water supply, air conditioning, lifts, and fire safety systems.</li><li>Carry out preventive maintenance schedules for hospital equipment and facilities.</li><li>Coordinate with biomedical engineers for repair and upkeep of medical equipment.</li><li>Monitor performance and maintenance logs of DG sets, chillers, boilers, and other utilities.</li><li>Attend and resolve maintenance complaints from hospital staff promptly.</li><li>Ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and consumables for smooth operations.</li><li>Supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).</li><li>Maintain compliance with hospital safety standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of wards, ICUs, operation theatres, and other critical areas for facility upkeep.</li><li>Respond immediately to breakdowns, emergencies, or safety hazards within the hospital premises.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and records of maintenance activities, contracts, and inventory.</li><li>Ensure fire-fighting and safety equipment are functional and inspected periodically.</li><li>Coordinate renovation, repair, and infrastructure development projects within the hospital.</li><li>Support infection control measures by maintaining hygiene and functioning of utility systems.</li><li>Ensure energy conservation by monitoring electricity and water usage.</li><li>Train housekeeping/technical support staff in safe handling of equipment.</li><li>Liaise with administration and departments to minimize downtime and patient inconvenience.</li><li>Implement SOPs for breakdown handling and maintenance request handling.</li><li>Prepare periodic reports on maintenance activities, costs, and improvements.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,294.56 - &#8377;25,633.26 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
