The Patient Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing guidance, translation support, and coordination of services throughout the treatment process. This role is clinic-based and requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure an outstanding patient experience.Key Responsibilities:- Attend and support medical consultations, providing clear and accurate translation between Turkish and English.- Ensure patients fully understand their treatment plans, pre-operative instructions, and aftercare procedures.- Maintain ongoing communication with patients before, during, and after their treatment to ensure continuity of care.- Coordinate with medical staff, administration, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.- Handle patient inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.- Maintain accurate patient records and support clinic operations as needed.Qualifications and Requirements:- Strong proficiency in both English and Turkish (written and verbal).- Minimum of a high school diploma; higher education preferred.- Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or translation is an advantage, but not required (training will be provided).- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Professional appearance and demeanor.- Ability to start immediately.What We Offer:- Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.- Competitive compensation package.- A dynamic and collaborative work environment.- The opportunity to build a career in the medical tourism and healthcare industry&#304;&#351; T&uuml;r&uuml;: Tam zamanl&#305;
