We are looking for a professional and courteous Medical Receptionist (female) with at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or hospital setting. The candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, patient coordination, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of daily operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.</li><li>Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.</li><li>Maintain and update patient records accurately.</li><li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries effectively.</li><li>Collect consultation fees and manage billing receipts.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for smooth patient flow.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.</li><li>Ensure the reception area is neat, welcoming, and organized.</li><li>Provide basic information regarding hospital/clinic services.</li><li>Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Only Female Candidates may apply.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a hospital/clinic.</li><li>Graduate or Diploma in any stream (preferably in healthcare administration).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office and hospital management software.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li><li>Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
