Role - Executive - Finance &amp; Accounts Job Location - Kakkanad, Kochi Qualification: B.Com , Finance &amp; TaxationExperience - 1&ndash;2 years of experienceRoles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain proper books of accounts in Tally</li><li>Ensure GST filing within due dates</li><li>Issuing of Proforma Invoice, Invoice, and Purchase Orders as and when required</li><li>Reconciliation of accounts &ndash; Cash, Bank, Customer and Vendor</li><li>Reconciliation of 26AS with Books of accounts</li><li>Assist in quarterly or half-yearly audit</li><li>To check and ensure that all the statutory payments are timely</li><li>To ensure proper documentation</li><li>Help in the preparation of MIS reports</li><li>Protects the organization's value by keeping finance-related information confidential</li><li>Staying up-to-date on changes in financial regulations and legislation.</li><li>Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with banks, auditors, and customers</li><li>Updating Purchase orders and receipts in CRM (Customer Relations Management)</li><li>Verification of TA Claims and submission for processing</li></ul>Skill Set Required<ul><li>Sound knowledge of Accounting principles and Taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)</li><li>Hands-on experience in Tally ERP</li><li>Proficiency in preparing MIS reports and other financial statements</li><li>Good understanding of statutory compliance and financial reconciliation</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to handle petty cash and general accounting functions</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
