Position Overview</h2>
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our operations team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that court summons returns and legal documents are properly monitored, scanned, uploaded, and organized. The right candidate will be highly organized, accurate, and able to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Track and monitor summons for timely return to court.</li><li>
Review service documents for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>
Scan, upload, and maintain digital case files in company systems (ServeManager, ShareFile, etc.).</li><li>
Prepare service packets for process servers.</li><li>
Support the operations team with clerical tasks, data entry, and recordkeeping.</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality of all legal and client records.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
</h2><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate&rsquo;s or higher degree preferred.</li><li>
Previous administrative or office support experience (legal, court, or compliance environment strongly preferred).</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and organizing spreadsheets).</li><li>
Proficiency with computers, scanners, and digital filing systems.</li><li>
Ability to quickly learn and navigate case/document management platforms.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Professional demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Must be dependable and maintain confidentiality with sensitive legal and client information.</li></ul></div>
