</h1>Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process items, and/or finished products. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
Use measurement tools and equipment to test and verify product dimensions and specifications.
Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
Collaborate with respective production or distribution teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, or determine disposition of product.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Assess inbound damaged finished goods and repackage.
Support various tasks including inventory stock checks, recall stock verifications, handling deviations, relabeling, product rework, pedigree verification, and other assigned projects
May be required to operate powered material handling equipment.
Read and interpret instructions, blueprints, and other documents.
Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Systems, OSHA guidelines, and Medline&rsquo;s rules and regulations.

Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Perform in-process inspection and testing of finished goods and/or raw materials manufactured by or for Medline Industries. Read and understand company procedures for specific materials inspections. Complete inspection documentation per applicable inspection procedures. Identify errors and omissions for correction.

</li><li>Ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
</li><li>Help employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work.
</li><li>Remove barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams.
</li><li>Help the Product Owner find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
</li><li>Help the Product Owner establish empirical product planning for a complex environment.
</li><li>Foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
</li><li>Responsible for scaling scrum practices across teams and synchronizing work.
</li><li>Ability to advise leadership on shaping agile strategy. This involves advising on resolving impediments at the organizational level

</li></ul>Certification / Licensure:

</li></ul>Work Experience:
<ul><li>At least 5 years of direct work experience in a full-time Scrum Master role.
</li><li>At least 8 years of experience delivering features on a product/software team
</li></ul>Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
<ul><li>Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
</li><li>Strong knowledge of agile &amp; scrum values and principles
</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including verbal, written, synchronous, and asynchronous
</li><li>Ability to lead and facilitate others in stressful or uncomfortable situations
</li><li>Facilitation skills for teams and larger group events &amp; workshops to reach intended outcomes
</li><li>Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool (e.g. Jira) configuration expertise
</li><li>Configuration or local admin skills in team virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams/Zoom, Confluence (wiki), and tool such as Miro/Mural
</li><li>Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.

Certification / Licensure:
<ul><li>Scrum Master Certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master/Advanced Scrum Master (SSM/SASM)
</li></ul>Work Experience:
<ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in fulltime Scrum Master role (i.e. not shared role/partial allocation) with increasing responsibility from Scrum Master to Chief (Senior) Scrum Master, etc. and focusing on the organization and enterprise level
</li></ul>Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
<ul><li>Agile Scaling expertise and implementation experience (e.g. SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale)
</li><li>Coach certification e.g. SAFe SPC, Scrum Alliance Certified Team/Enterprise Coach (CTC/CEC), ICAgile
</li><li>Product delivery experience
</li><li>ALM tool certification such as Jira Admin, Jira Managing Cloud Projects

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$116,000.00 - $174,000.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant&rsquo;s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
