 Present and explain plan benefits, coverage options, exclusions, and premium structures clearly.
 
 
 Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, expatriates, and professionals.
 
 
 Customize solutions by matching client needs with plan features.
 
 
 Handle objections and close sales while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
 
 
 Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
 
 
 Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Business Development Executive- Direct Sales

 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 - Facilitate communication and ensure both parties&rsquo; needs are met.
 
 
 - Provide expert advice to clients on insurance products and services.
 
 
 - Ensure timely renewal of contracts.
 
 
 - Provide excellent customer care by dealing with complex queries accurately and professionally.
 
 
 - Act as the first point of contact with customers to resolve any requests.
 
 
 - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and to foster loyalty.
 
 
 - Identify and implement opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:

 Bachelor degree
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills
 </li>

 Excellent Microsoft office skills (Excel, power point etc.)

 1-3 years of experience

 Insurance experience is a PLUS
