Job OverviewKissprom is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. This role focuses on editing engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and e-commerce platforms.The ideal candidate has a strong sense of storytelling, understands current social media trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube), and can create visually appealing content that drives engagement and conversions.This is a full-time, on-site position.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content for marketing and branding</li><li>Cut, trim, and assemble raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos</li><li>Add music, captions, subtitles, transitions, and effects aligned with brand style</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and content team to understand campaign goals and creative direction</li><li>Optimize videos for different platforms (format, timing, trends, hooks, etc.)</li><li>Maintain consistency in visual style, tone, and branding across all content</li><li>Manage and organize video files and assets</li><li>Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest new creative ideas</li><li>Assist with basic filming or content creation when needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects)</li><li>Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Portfolio required (must include social media or marketing-related work)</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or apparel industry</li><li>Experience creating viral or high-engagement content</li><li>Familiarity with TikTok/Instagram algorithms and content strategy</li><li>Bilingual in Chinese and English is a plus</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Dental Insurance</li><li>Vision Insurance</li><li>401(k) Retirement Plan or Medical Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Paid Sick Leave (in compliance with California law)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Chinese (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
