With 3.1+ lakh health transactions, MedoPlus operates clinics across Barabanki (Ramnagar, Suratganj, Dariyabad, Tikaitganj), offering OPD, pharmacy) lab tests, insurance, health loans, Ayushman services, and eye care. Each clinic is supported by trained staff and a network of 25+ village-based MedoMITRs. The organization aims to scale to 100 clinics across India in the next 3 years.

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, digitally savvy and hands-on Digital Marketing & Creative Associateto strengthen the MedoPlus brand across digital and offline channels.
The role combines Graphic Design, Social Media, Reels/Video, Content Marketing, basic SEO and Influencer/Community Marketing. You will work with doctors, clinic teams, field teams, partners and influencers to create content that builds awareness, engagement, trust and leads.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Content
- Design social-media creatives, carousels, posters, brochures and campaign materials.
- Create engaging Reels, YouTube Shorts and short-form videos.
- Develop healthcare awareness and promotional content.
- Maintain consistent brand identity and visual communication.
- Plan and manage the social-media content calendar.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage/support MedoPlus across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
- Track reach, engagement, views, followers and leads.
- Support SEO, Local SEO and Google Business Profile activities.
- Assist with website/blog content and basic keyword optimisation.
- Support Meta/Google campaigns with creative assets.
Influencer & Community Marketing
- Coordinate with local influencers, micro-influencers and community partners.
- Execute awareness campaigns across schools, colleges, villages and rural communities.
- Work with field teams to create digital content from on-ground activities.
Healthcare Communication
- Create simple, accurate and engaging healthcare content with doctors and healthcare teams.
- Develop content suited to rural and semi-urban audiences, while maintaining appropriate healthcare and patient-content sensitivity.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Social Media or Content Marketing.
- Strong portfolio in social-media creatives, branding, campaigns and reels/videos.
- Proficiency in Canva and at least one of Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma.
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of visual design, branding and social-media content.
- Good communication, creativity, coordination and time-management skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in Healthcare / HealthTech / FMCG / Consumer Brands.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Search Console and Local SEO.
- Experience in influencer/community marketing or field activations.
- Photography/video-shooting skills.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools.
- Strong Hindi and English communication skills.
