Key Responsibilities:1. Overall Hospital Management<ul><li>Oversee the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the hospital.</li><li>Ensure the hospital functions smoothly in line with healthcare standards and regulations.</li><li>Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve institutional goals.</li></ul>2. Clinical Governance<ul><li>Monitor and uphold the quality of medical care provided to patients.</li><li>Ensure adherence to standard treatment protocols and clinical best practices.</li><li>Review medical cases and support complex clinical decision-making when necessary.</li></ul>3. Policy Implementation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Enforce hospital policies, procedures, and health &amp; safety regulations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local health authorities and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, JCI, MCI/NMC).</li><li>Coordinate audits, licensing, and inspections by regulatory bodies.</li></ul>4. Coordination with Medical &amp; Paramedical Staff<ul><li>Serve as the key liaison between hospital administration and medical staff.</li><li>Facilitate collaboration among departments to optimize patient care.</li><li>Oversee medical staff appointments, evaluations, and disciplinary procedures.</li></ul>5. Emergency &amp; Crisis Management<ul><li>Lead the hospital&rsquo;s response to medical emergencies and disaster situations.</li><li>Ensure 24/7 readiness for emergency services and critical care operations.</li><li>Develop and implement hospital-wide emergency protocols.</li></ul>6. Human Resource Oversight<ul><li>Participate in the training and performance review of medical and clinical personnel.</li><li>Supervise resident doctors, consultants, and heads of clinical departments.</li><li>Promote staff welfare, discipline, and professional development.</li></ul>7. Budgeting &amp; Resource Management<ul><li>Contribute to budget planning, especially for medical departments.</li><li>Ensure optimal use of hospital infrastructure, equipment, and staff resources.</li><li>Approve procurement of medical supplies and technologies.</li></ul>8. Patient Care Oversight<ul><li>Monitor patient admission, treatment, and discharge protocols.</li><li>Address patient grievances and support the grievance redressal mechanism.</li><li>Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are upheld.</li></ul>9. Quality Improvement &amp; Accreditation<ul><li>Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement across departments.</li><li>Lead initiatives to meet and maintain national and international accreditation standards.</li><li>Implement clinical audits and quality assurance programs.</li></ul>10.
