We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Nurse Practitioner &ndash; Executive Support to work closely with the Medical Director in our Miami Beach office. This is an in-person role focused on supporting executive leadership, operations, and strategic initiatives.</p>
<p>
The position will begin with a brief 1099 independent contractor onboarding period, with the potential to transition into a W-2 employee role if it is a good fit for both parties.</p>
<p>
This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner who works with a high level of independence and professionalism and is comfortable supporting executive leadership directly.</p>
<p>
The NP will primarily support the Medical Director by attending meetings, assisting with oversight, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring follow-through on key priorities.</p>

<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as a primary support to the Medical Director</li>
<li>Attend and actively participate in internal and external meetings</li>
<li>Assist in reviewing workflows, protocols, and operational strategies</li>
<li>Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure execution of action items</li>
<li>Support communication between teams and leadership</li>
<li>Provide insight and recommendations as needed</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Schedule &amp; Work Setting</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Full-time equivalent (36&ndash;40 hours per week expected)</li>
<li>Monday&ndash;Friday, 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed</li>
<li>On-site in Miami Beach, FL</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Compensation</b></p>
<ul>
<li>$125,000.00 &ndash; $131,000.00 annually</li>
<li>Compensation based on experience and scope of work</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Employment Structure</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Initial brief 1099 independent contractor onboarding period</li>
<li>Opportunity to transition into W-2 employment if it is a suitable fit for both parties</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license</li>
<li>Minimum 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience</li>
<li>Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently in a high-responsibility environment</li>
<li>Comfortable in a meeting-heavy, executive-facing role</li>
<li>Tech-savvy and detail-oriented</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Preferred</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in leadership support, care coordination, or operations</li>
</ul>
